These terms define how Vizpec services may be used and how project engagements, responsibilities, and liabilities are handled.
By accessing or using Vizpec websites, forms, files, and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the website or services.
If you use the services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
Vizpec provides digital production and engineering services including 3D configurators, CGI visualization, technical integration, and related consulting.
Project scope, deliverables, milestones, revisions, timelines, and payment details are defined in proposals, statements of work, or separate written agreements.
Service fees, billing schedules, and payment terms are set in writing before work begins unless otherwise agreed.
Late payments may result in paused delivery, withholding of deliverables, or termination of services, subject to applicable law and contract terms.
Reasonable revisions are handled according to the agreed scope. Requests outside scope may require timeline adjustments and additional fees.
Urgent requests or dependency changes caused by delayed inputs may affect delivery schedules.
Unless restricted by contract, Vizpec may display non-confidential project outputs in portfolio materials for marketing purposes.
If you require strict confidentiality or embargoed releases, this must be agreed in writing before publication.
Each party agrees to protect confidential information disclosed during service discussions and project execution.
Confidential information may be shared only with personnel or contractors who need access to perform obligations and are bound by confidentiality duties.
Services may depend on third-party platforms (hosting, analytics, cloud rendering, CDNs, communication tools). Vizpec is not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, or pricing changes outside its control.
Website content and services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis, except where specific warranties are expressly stated in a signed agreement.
Vizpec does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, absolute compatibility with all third-party systems, or results dependent on external factors outside reasonable control.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Vizpec is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
Where liability cannot be excluded, total liability is limited to amounts paid to Vizpec for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the six months preceding the event.
You agree to indemnify and hold Vizpec harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of services, breach of these terms, or infringement caused by materials you provide.
Either party may terminate services according to the applicable contract. On termination, fees for completed work and committed costs remain payable.
Sections that by nature should survive termination, including confidentiality, intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute terms, remain in effect.
These terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction specified in your signed agreement with Vizpec. If no jurisdiction is specified, disputes will be resolved in a commercially reasonable forum chosen by Vizpec.
Vizpec may revise these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted with an updated effective date. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
